ABOUT WIRELESS WOMAN

On the surface, it appeared to be just another hire. After all, Chief Technology Officers have become fairly commonplace in today’s business world. But little did BearCom know that, shall we say, I was far from your average CTO.

My primary responsibility is to provide innovative wireless video, voice, and data products and solutions to BearCom customers on a daily basis. But when a communications problem or emergency requires superhuman powers, I become Wireless Woman—and always save the day!

But let me start at the beginning. Shortly after joining BearCom, I made a request for a lab. That puzzled the owners. They could see no need for such a facility. However, I reminded them they were paying a small fortune to have an MIT grad on board, and they should take advantage of my talents if they were to stay ahead of their competitors and continue to provide superior customer service.

The owners eventually relented, and a month later, I had my lab. It’s located in a remote area of BearCom’s enormous central distribution center in Dallas. The lab has an entrance from inside the warehouse that’s accessible only by me, and there’s a separate entrance off the parking lot where I keep my flying Hummer and trailer—essential equipment when you’re tasked with rescuing the world.

You name it, I’ve got it. Now, with a moment’s notice, Meg A. Hertz (that’s my name in real life) can react to disasters and emergencies of all kinds, everywhere.

In today’s wireless world, we’ve only touched the surface of wireless technology’s true potential. But with BearCom’s resources, my lab, and my extraordinary powers, together, we can—and will—make the world a safer and better place in which to live!

By the way, if you’re wondering about my superhuman powers, well… they came about as the result of an experiment gone awry while studying for my doctorate at MIT. Some things can’t be explained, and we’ll just leave it at that.
